Please see our about us page for more information. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

How can I contact you directly?

The quickest way to get in touch is via email or social media. Visit our contact page for details.

Why are you doing this?

We think the car finance market is overcomplicated and we want to break it down as simply as possible so you can save money and switch to a deal that suits you better.

Do you have an app?

No, not yet, but it's something that we will be looking to add in the future.

Managing your account

Please visit our signup page where you can create an account using your email, Facebook, or Google profiles.

If you sign up via email, you should receive a notification shortly afterward asking you to verify your email address.

Alternatively, you can use the Deal Checker first. After adding your car finance details you will be prompted to create an account.

Can you help me enter my finance details?

If you are having trouble entering parts of your finance agreement into our system, please send it to us and we can enter them for you. Make sure you create an account first and tell us the email you used to sign up.

How can I reset my password?

Enter the email used to create your account if you have forgotten your password. You should receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password shortly after.

My personal details are incorrect

You can update your personal details via the link on your main profile page.

I have a notification saying some of my finance details may be incorrect

Our calculations have shown that some of the information you have entered for your finance agreement may be incorrect. This is usually a missing balloon payment or finance length and can result in negative or no interest showing on the dashboard. Clicking on the link will allow you to update your details.

I entered some details that cannot be changed from my profile page

Get in touch with us and we will update the required details for you.

How can I unsubscribe from notifications?

We are planning to release a notification centre where you can choose what you want to receive from us and how often. For email preferences, you can choose to unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.

Your personal dashboard

What is my early settlement figure?

Based on your outstanding payments, length of term, and car value we have created an estimated early settlement figure. You can contact your finance company directly for an accurate figure.

What is my equity position?

This is the difference between your car's current value and outstanding debt. If your remaining debt is less than the car value, you are in a positive equity position.

How do I use my dashboard?

Your profile page gives you a snapshot of your current deal showing how much your car is currently worth, your early settlement figure, and equity position. These values will update each month as you pay off your finance agreement and as your car depreciates.

The dashboard page allows you to dig deeper into your existing finance deal showing you exactly what you have already paid off and what remains.

This is just the start - keep checking back regularly as we add more exciting features to help you manage your car finance.

How often does my dashboard update?

All values on your dashboard are updated on a monthly basis.

How can I see what features will be added in the future?

We don't provide a public roadmap but check back regularly for updates. Make sure you are subscribed to our mailing list where we will update you on new features.

Deal score and equity position

We use your current car finance information to work out your car’s deal score using our own data science and a proprietary algorithm. There are four possible positions available to be in.

  • Red means that you are quite far away from being in a position to upgrade or save money on your car.
  • Amber means that you are not far away from being able to upgrade or save money on your car and you should start thinking about your options.
  • Green means that you are in a great position to upgrade or save money on your car. Here are some possible options available to you: get out of your current car deal now, get a new, better car for the same price you're paying per month now, or get a new, better car with different terms than what you're paying now. You should visit your dashboard to see the offers available to you.

Affordability Calculator

How do I use the Affordability Calculator?

How do I edit my finance information?

You can click to go back or next to go forward on the form at any time and update the information you have entered. When you get to the end of the form, you can also choose to view all of your details on one screen to make it easier to make any updates.
