Managing Your Account

How do I create an account?

Visit our Car Finance Deal Checker to add your car finance details. You will then be prompted to create an account.

Alternatively, you can signup first. After creating an account using your email, Facebook, or Google profiles, you can add your car finance details.

If you sign up via email, you should receive a notification shortly afterward asking you to verify your email address.

Can you help me enter my finance details?

If you are having trouble entering parts of your finance agreement into our system, please send it to us and we can enter them for you. Make sure you create an account first and tell us the email you used to sign up.

How can I reset my password?

Enter the email used to create your account if you have forgotten your password. You should receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password shortly after.

My personal details are incorrect

You can update your personal details on your main profile page.

I have a notification saying some of my finance details may be incorrect

Our calculations have shown that some of the information you have entered for your finance agreement may be incorrect. This is usually a missing balloon payment or finance length and can result in negative or no interest showing on the dashboard. Clicking on the link will allow you to update your details.

I entered some details that cannot be changed from my profile page

Get in touch with us and we will update the required details for you.

How can I unsubscribe from emails?

Visit the 'preferences' tab within your dashboard to update your subscription preferences

Apply for Finance

To apply for finance, simply click on the 'Get my quote' button within your dashboard. Fill in the form (it shouldn't take more than five minutes), and you will receive your finance offers. Getting your quote is free and will in no way impact your credit score. There's also no obligation, so if you just wanted to look and see what offers were available to you, you wouldn't be tied into anything.

If you like any of the offers presented to you, just click on the one that suits your needs and our finance partner will look after you from there.
